Deegan 38 Edition 2015 Ford F-150 Is Desert Ready
The Ford F-150 is getting more popular each year and everyone is waiting to see what Ford is bringing to SEMA as they have one awards with the F-Series for the past 4 years. This year we were presented with a custom 2015 Ford F-150 which boasted a 3.5-liter EcoBoost v6 that put out 600 horsepower. and was heavily modified by Ford Racing member and Motorcross rider Brian Deegan, hence the name “Deegan 38”.
Lets get right to the power, that 3.5-liter EcoBoost v6 is receiving a nice boost with BorgWarner turbochargers and a slew of other parts such as cat-back exhaust, custom fuel setup, front mounted intercooler, along with a custom tuning and fuel setup, just to mention a few.
Of course it was going to be sitting on a new set of the Deegan 38 wheels at 17×9 in the front and 17×12.5 in the rear. Match that with a 3 stage front and rear suspension kit with Fox shocks with three inch coilover front chocks and 2.5″ bump stops, Currie Enterprises rear axle assembly and custom 4.5″ Deaver Springs, all on top of an Addictive Desert Designs chassis.
There is more to the 2015 Ford F-150 “Deegan 38” than the components we can’t see. Ground Force Automotive designed the Carb fenders and rear bedsides along with the front and rear umpers, side steps, and rack. All of this topped with sick Deegan style graphics.
